Wrexham, Birmingham City and Rotherham United target to become free agent

Shrewsbury Town will cut ties with the goalkeeper when his contract expires and he will become a free agent as he weighs up his next move in the game. Marosi, 30, is on the radar of fellow League One clubs Wrexham, Birmingham City, Rotherham United and Huddersfield Town, according to a report by the Shropshire Star. He has told the Shrews’ website: “I want to thank the club for bringing me in and letting me be part of its history. I want to thank the managers and all of the staff, not just the football side but behind-the-scenes as well. “And lastly I want to thank the fans for all the love and support you have shown me over the three years, you guys are amazing.” Author Harry Mail has worked for The72 since 2017 and is based in the North West.
