Report: Agent for Matthijs de Ligt working with Bayern Munich and Manchester United to finalize move

Now that the Netherlands has been eliminated by England in the EURO 2024 tournament, things could escalate quickly for Bayern Munich center-back Matthijs de Ligt to make his much-anticipated move to Manchester United.
Bild (as captured by @iMiaSanMia) issued a report indicating that a deal could be consummated within a week. After that, Bayern Munich would used the funds generated from sale of the Dutchman to acquire Bayer Leverkusen center-back and Germany international Jonathan Tah:
Matthijs de Ligt’s move to Manchester United could be finalized within next week. There’s not a big gap between the price expectations of both clubs. De Ligt’s management has informed Bayern that the defender wants to go to United. The income from selling de Ligt would then bring movement into the negotiations with Leverkusen for Jonathan Tah.
Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg also provided this update:

Plettenberg also added more context and an update:

Agent Rafaela Pimenta, now working on the final details to get the deal done and sealed. Medical not booked yet.
