Everton vs Liverpool: Starting Lineups & How to Watch | DCL and Godfrey start

Everton
Sean Dyche has decided to drop Ashley Young and put Ben Godfrey out on the right. Liverpool
The Reds have lost Diogo Jota to injury, but Toffee-killer Mo Salah is starting on the right with Darwin Nunez in the middle and Luis Diaz out on the left. Preview
Everton take on crosstown foes Liverpool in the Merseyside Derby tonight, with the Blues looking to secure survival while the Reds are in a three-way battle of their own with Arsenal and defending champions Manchester City at the opposite end of the league table.
Sean Dyche will be without Seamus Coleman and Beto, and with Dominic Calvert-Lewin not fully fit either, the Toffees could find it hard going against Jurgen Klopp’s attacking side. The German manager will be making his last trip to Goodison Park as boss of the Reds as he will be standing down from his position at the end of the season.

Last Meeting
The Toffees do not have a good record against the RS, in case you didn’t know. The last time we beat them at Goodison Park was back in October 2010! There have been a smattering of draws as well in there, including last season’s 0-0 stalemate, but the Blues lost 2-0 at Anfield earlier this season, and the last time we even scored against them was Demarai Gray’s consolation effort in a 4-1 defeat at Goodison in December ‘21, yikes.
