The Old Lady Speaks Podcast, Episode 227: Juventus head to Rome with plenty on the line

The final month of the Serie A season is here.
Considering how the second half of the season has gone for Juventus, that is very much a welcome sight for more than one reason.
The first of Juventus’ final four league fixtures takes them back to a place they’ve seen a lot of the last few weeks and will visit a couple of more times before the season is over — the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. This time, rather than facing the Biancocelesti side of Rome, it’s Juve’s first matchup against the managerial version of Daniele De Rossi and his Roma squad that had a rough go of things midweek in the Europa League.
While nobody is expecting Juventus to play anything like Roma’s opponent Thursday night, undefeated Bundesliga champion Bayern Leverkusen, De Rossi’s squad has cooled off a little bit since they went on a length run when he first took over and quickly moved into a Champions League spot.
It is one of those five UCL spots in which Juve seeks and is inching toward as they continue to drop points left and right during this final stretch of the season.
