Tottenham 2-3 Arsenal: Community Player Ratings

Friends, football is a cruel, cruel sport. Tottenham Hotspur were by almost every metric better than Arsenal today in the North London Derby. The one metric they were worse? The scoreline. Spurs conceded three first half goals — two defensive corners and one ludicrous counterattacking goal that stood only because VAR declined to call a clear penalty against Dejan Kulusevski only for Saka to score on the other end — but Tottenham clawed two back in the second half through Cuti Romero and a Son Heung-Min penalty kick.
Spurs got awfully close to an equalizer, but sometimes your opponent just gets the benefit of dumb luck. That’s what happened today. The final score was Tottenham 2-3 Arsenal and I hate it.
But you know what? This was not the match in which to get mad at Ange Postecoglou and a number of Tottenham players had very, very good games today. This is your chance to be heard.
It’s time to rate the players.
Rate the players from 1⁄2 to 5 stars. If the player doesn’t deserve a rating due to minutes played, DO NOT RANK. I will round the stars up/down to the nearest half-star for the player ratings later this week.
